Payment

To reserve your dates you pay a 30% deposit by card when you book online. The deposit is charged securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
The remaining 70% is due no later than 30 days before check-in. We email you a payment link a week before that date and again on the day it is due.
If you book less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is charged at the time of booking.
If the balance has not reached us by the due date, we may have to release the dates. Please contact us early if anything changes.
A cleaning fee of €200.00 is added once per stay and shown separately before you pay.
Prices are per villa per night in euro and include VAT. Any local taxes required by Greek law are shown before you pay or collected on arrival, as the law requires.

The deposit secures your dates and is non-refundable. If you need to change or cancel, write to us as soon as you can; where we can re-let the dates we will do our best to help.
Changes of dates are subject to availability and the rates of the new dates.

Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00.
The number of guests may not exceed the number shown for the villa you booked. Please tell us the names of all guests before arrival; Greek law requires us to record them.

To manage your reservation we keep your name, email address, phone number, stay dates and the amounts paid. These are stored in our reservation system (Hosthub) and with our payment provider (Stripe), who processes your card under its own privacy policy.
We use your details only to run your booking and to contact you about your stay. We do not sell or share them with anyone else, except as required by Greek tax and tourism law.
